Canapé Menu:
(finger food)
Individually priced. This is an ideal choice for an informal function. With guests standing, they can mingle with a drink whilst being served canapés from a platter by one of our waiters. The food is usually served over a period of 2-3 hours. We would recommend a menu made up of 7 canapés, which would average out at around 11 items of food per person. While the individual pieces of food are small, after 11 items of food it works out to be quite substantial.
