Famish is a catering company based in Sydney. It offers a five star catering
service including breakfasts, buffets, lunches, dinners and cocktail parties.
Everything from a romantic dinner for two to a corporate event for thousands.
A complete event can be organised through Famish including hirage, waiting staff,
marquees, flowers and suggested venues. The Chef at Famish has a love for
food, and is always willing to discuss the use of, or source a particular food
for your catering needs.
Services
Famish
provides corporate, private and event catering for 2 - 1000
people or more. Menus offered are fresh, modern
and distinctive, with an international feel. All food is prepared
freshly and made with the finest possible ingredients at the
Famish kitchen. A complete event can be organised through Famish
including hirage, waiting staff, marquees, flowers and suggested
venues.
The Chef
Paul Harrington
Paul grew up just outside Boyle, Ireland, where
his family owned the local pub. After working at Boyle's Forest
Park Hotel, Paul moved to London where he worked at the Rembrandt
Hotel, Knightsbridge, before moving to Sydney where he worked
at the Menzies Hotel and then at the Reserve Bank's H.C. Coombes
Centre as head chef and manager. In this job his clients
ranged from prime ministers to foreign heads of state. His
weekends were filled with private functions. He now concentrates
on Famish full time.
